Mountable Underwater Light Product Warranty

Unlimited Two-Year Warranty

Our mountable underwater lights come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. Should your LED light and/or matching driver box prove defective during the warranty period or after, promptly contact us and return the LED light and/or matching driver box to:

The receipt or copy of receipt must be presented for all warranty claims.

Portable Underwater Light Product Warranty

Unlimited One-Year Warranty

Our portable underwater LED light products (Apollo, Apollo Iris, Mega-Watt, Mega-Watt Iris) comes with a one-year unlimited warranty for any product defects in materials or workmanship. Aqua Dock Lights will repair or at our discretion replace any defect within the warranty period. The warranty period starts from the date of the sales receipt. Aqua Dock Lights does not warranty damage including but not limited to: propeller damage, misuse, etc. The warranty is considered void if there are any modifications or repairs made to the device by anyone other than Aqua Dock Lights including but not limited to power cord replacement.

The receipt or copy of receipt must be presented for all warranty claims.

Return Policy

The following items may be returned for a refund:

  • Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing.
  • Defective merchandise. (1-Year Warranty)
  • Merchandise that was not shipped correctly.
  • Merchandise that has not been installed.

Any special order items cannot be returned.

Valid Proof of Purchase

For any Limited Warranty claim, a valid Proof of Purchase is required. A valid Proof of Purchase is defined as one of the following:

  • A dated sales receipt from an authorized Aqua Dock Lights store or reseller. The receipt must show the product description and price.
  • A dated official e-mail from an authorized online Aqua Dock Lights store or reseller confirming purchase and shipment of product. The confirmation e-mail must show the product description and price.

*Aqua Dock Lights reserves the right to take any action to protect itself against all forms of suspicious claims, including, without limitation, requiring further verification of identity and details of claimant and qualifying purchases as well as debarment of claim.

A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective, deducting any shipping and handling costs.

If free shipping was applied to your original order it may be deducted from your return credit with a minimum deduction of $10 or the Original Shipping cost we paid to our manufacturer to ship directly to you.

All requests for returns must be submitted to Aqua Dock Lights.

Returns require prior authorization (in the form of a RMA number) that can be requested via our contact form.

Be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original order number and the reason for return in your message. Aqua Dock Lights will issue instructions for shipping and an RGA number authorizing the return. We cannot accept returns without an RGA, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back. Once RGA number is issued to you-Items must be returned within 10 days or you will not receive any credit for your return.

To receive a refund, all returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, free from scratches and defects. Items must be in the ORIGINAL manufacturer packaging.

The items must be returned within 30 days of their delivery.

We are unable to accept returns on custom modifications, such as track heads with extensions, or on any special order item (any item or style not listed on our website).

We recommend items be returned via FedEx or insured parcel post for proof of delivery, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if product is defective, or the wrong item was shipped.

You can also cancel items before they are shipped. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call our customer service department immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled, you will have to process a general return.
